RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer the right of withdrawal of 14 days after receiving the product, as per European law.
If you are not satisfied with the item, please contact us and we will solve your problem!
We do not accept returns after 14 days of receiving the goods, so contact us as soon as possible and you will receive a refund or exchange if requested!
ATTENTION: In the event of a refund of the products, ONLY the prices of the products will be refundable and not the total amount of the order including shipping.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Simply fill out our contact form or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Orders to be refunded must have been received or returned to our warehouse within 14 days of receipt of the product. The return shipping costs are charged to the customer who will have to send the goods to our warehouse.
(Refunds can take up to 5 days to process depending on your bank).
THE RETURNED PRODUCT MUST BE INTACT AND SEALED.
DELIVERY OF RETURNS
The shipment of the item to be returned and the related costs are charged to the customer.
IF THE ITEMS I RECEIVE ARE DEFECTIVE / WRONG / DAMAGED?
If you have received defective, wrong or damaged products, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please remember to include your order number, photographs of the items and all references relating to the receipt of the package and, in accordance with our money back guarantee, we will do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible!

We reserve the right to comply with the European Directive 2011/83 / EU on returns and refunds.

If you want to make a return or receive a refund, remember to enter the order number and the change you want to make in the email, you will receive a confirmation of the operation by email.
