The second in the tank called "Blast" favors a greater structure. The pressures applied during these phases have been extremely soft and delicate; this allows the extraction of the must flower. The fermentations take place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to enhance the aromas and fineness of the wine. After a refine of 4/5 months on fine lees, the matches are assembled and subsequently bottled.

DESCRIPTION OF WINE
Valtènesi Rosa, a new and more rigorous interpretation of an enological exclusivity of the Brescia coast of Lake Garda, focused on the Groppello vine. An authentic local wine, born from an ancient vocation codified more than a hundred years ago by the Venetian senator Pompeo Molmenti.

A few hours of contact between the must and the skins and then the ritual of the nocturnal racking. At that precise moment, guided by the mastery of the man in the cellar, Valtènesi makes his own the freshness and temperament of Groppello's acini, which determine his character. It is a wine that embodies the centuries-old tradition, the strength of unique terroir and the elegance of winemaking in pink.
